Antarang envisions a world where every young person is passionately, productively and positively engaged in a career of their choice. Over the years, Antarang has impacted 1,85,000+ students from socially and economically vulnerable backgrounds through its core programs - CareerAware and CareeReady. 82% of Antarang graduates are productively engaged in education, employment or training. Antarang focuses towards a systemic education-to-employment transition by advocating government and industries to build an employability ecosystem. The Antarang 2.0 model aims to bridge this gap between learning and livelihoods by leveraging its PHYGITAL Model ( Physical and Digital). Our Phygital model will work with young adults at different touchpoints to enable informed decision-making at each stage.
