Currently serving as a full-time employee at TalentAntares since November 2024, Fridmar previously held senior management and leadership roles at Relativity Space from October 2021 to November 2024, where responsibilities included hiring and training a team of recruiters and co-founding the Jewish Employee Resource Group. Fridmar's career also includes significant contributions at SpaceX, TEKsystems, and WNBA Chicago Sky, showcasing expertise in various domains including supply chain, engineering, and business operations. Fridmar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Marquette University and attended Milwaukee School of Engineering.
