Stephanie Gatica has over 15 years of diverse experience in sales and human resources. Currently serving as a Sales Assistant at Antares Homes since August 2010, Stephanie supports new home sales efforts, manages sales leads, and oversees the maintenance of sales offices and model homes. Prior to this role, Stephanie worked at Macy's Inc as a Human Resources Lead, handling the hiring, training, and payroll processes, and providing administrative support for store operations. Stephanie's earlier experience includes positions as a Shift Leader/Server at Chili's and General Merchandise Manager at Albertsons, where responsibilities encompassed daily operations, product quality control, and inventory management. Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design from The Art Institutes, obtained in 2013.
