Carlos Rodriguez Salgueiro

Carlos Rodriguez Salgueiro began their work experience in 1998 as an Accounting Assistant at FAICO S.A. - Instrumental Quirúrgico, where they handled tasks such as bank reconciliations and accounts payable and receivable. Carlos then worked as an Administrative Assistant at the Ministry of Economy from 1999 to 2003, where they provided assistance to internal and external users and managed documentation.

In 2003, they became an Advisor at the Ministry of Economy, responsible for analyzing and advising on debt cases against the National Government. Carlos also controlled debt settlements and cancellations.

From 2003 to 2004, Carlos worked as a Senior Accountant at Interpack Envases S.A., where they were involved in daily records, balance sheet preparation, and inventory control. Following that, they joined Antares Naviera in 2006 as the Head of the Accounting Division Tugs, managing monthly reports and supervising tax-related tasks.

In 2007, they became the Head of Planning and Management Control at Antares Naviera, handling budget preparation and execution, as well as analyzing and monitoring deviations from the budget. From 2013 to the present, they have served as the Head of Treasury at Antares Naviera, overseeing the custody, administration, and control of assets. Carlos is also responsible for financial reporting, cash flow management, and accounts payable and receivable.

In 2016, Carlos co-founded Bar-Linked. Throughout their career, they have proven their expertise in various financial roles, demonstrating strong analytical and managerial skills.

Carlos Rodriguez Salgueiro has a comprehensive education history. Carlos obtained a Public Accountant degree in Accounting from the University of Buenos Aires, where they studied from 1996 to 2002. Later, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the same university, completing it from 2002 to 2005. Continuing their academic journey, Carlos attended the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional from 2010 to 2011, where they acquired a Senior Technical Trading Goods degree, specializing in Auctioneer & Real Estate Broker. Lastly, they enrolled in the IAE Business School from 2012 to 2013 to pursue an Executive Master's degree in Business Administration (EMBA).
