Stefano Ghidini

Stefano Ghidini is an experienced engineer specializing in artificial vision and robotics. Currently serving as an Innovation Center Engineer at Antares Vision since October 2020, Ghidini focuses on R&D in image processing and computer vision across various sectors, utilizing skills in C++ and C#. Previously, as a Research Fellow at the Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche from December 2017 to September 2020, Ghidini developed control software for collaborative robots using C++, Matlab, and Python. Ghidini's early career includes work as an operator and maintenance technician at Copan Group S.P.A. during 2014. Academic achievements include a PhD in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from Università degli Studi di Brescia, along with two master's degrees—one from Sorbonne Université in Mechatronic Systems for Rehabilitation and another in Industrial Automation Engineering from Università degli Studi di Brescia. Ghidini's educational foundation was established with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Automation Engineering and a technical diploma in Electrical Engineering and Automation.
