Pam Wiberg

Pam Wiberg is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in labor law compliance and human resources management. Currently serving as an HR Senior Professional at Antea Group since January 2011, Pam oversees compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, develops and maintains employee policies, and administers various HR-related documents and forms. Previously, Pam held the position of HR Senior Project Manager at Delta Consultants from April 2003 to December 2010, where responsibilities included project management of HR policies, benefits administration, and legal compliance. Earlier professional experience includes serving as HR Manager at EPOCH Environmental Group, focusing on liability management, employee relations, and corporate culture. Pam holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Minnesota.
