Wilbert Bullins

Wilbert Bullins is an experienced human resource professional and educator with a strong background in business operations and management. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor of Business at Antelope Valley College and a Senior Human Resource Business Partner at the Low Income Investment Fund, Wilbert has previously held key roles such as Director of People Operations at Veterinary Health Partners, Inc., and Senior Manager of Business Operations at Los Angeles Executive Security Group. Notable achievements include facilitating the onboarding of over 160 new hires during the COVID-19 pandemic and founding the Boys Will Be Boys Tour to mentor young men in need of guidance. Wilbert’s educational background includes an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, alongside studies at California State University-Dominguez Hills.
