Donald A. Young

Donald A. Young is an experienced executive in the pet food industry with a strong background in sales leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Revenue Officer at Antelope since July 2025, Young previously held the same position at Mid America Pet Food from September 2023 to June 2025. Prior to that, Young was the Vice President of Sales for Halo Pets at Better Choice Company from January 2021 to September 2023. Young's extensive experience also includes serving as Vice President of Sales at Merrick Pet Care from June 2011 to December 2020 and at Nutro Products from January 1999 to June 2011, where roles included Sr. Group Vice President and Group Vice President.
