Nicki Lehrer

Nicki Lehrer has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nicki is currently the Chief People Officer at Antelope, a pet consumer platform that aims to elevate pet care standards. Before this, Nicki founded and served as the President of Children of Guayaquil, Inc., a non-profit organization. Nicki'sprevious experience includes roles at McKinsey & Company, where they held positions such as North America Director of Professional Development and Engagement Manager. Nicki also worked at Boeing as a Project Engineer.

Nicki Lehrer attended Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering.
