WHAT IS ANTENEAR?
NEW methodology to work as a team!

"Antenear" is the name of the communicational process of ants, who communicate by touching their antennas (where their olfactory receptors are located) and through them decode the chemical signals they transmit (pheromones) to recognize other ants in the same colony and provide information about new exploration routes, in dangerous and challenging situations.

Our ANTENEAR® Methodology takes its inspiration from the natural structure of ant organization, which relies on permanent and coordinated communication, as well as on an efficient system of cooperation and agility (where small actions by the individuals generate great results as a team). Their collaborative activities, aimed at protecting and preserving the colony, teach us how to work as a team, to be communicated, to strengthen ties, to empower each member and his/her role, and to adapt to internal and external changes. 

The Methodology will be applied by using templates and work cards for both indi- vidual and team analysis, in order to move along the modules in the Antenear Methodology.
