Pavan Reddy

Pavan Reddy has over 20 years of experience in various technical roles. Pavan is currently the Director Of System Engineering at Antenna Research Associates, Inc. Prior to that, they worked at Raytheon Technologies as a Senior Program Manager for six years. Before that, they were the Technical Project Lead at Philips Lifeline for three years, where they successfully led a product team through development, certification, and test. Earlier in their career, they spent time at Raytheon Intelligence & Space, where they held multiple roles, including Principal Systems Engineer and Senior Systems Engineer. Pavan also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where they researched congestion control algorithms and security protocols for satellite communication. Pavan began their career at Cisco Systems as a Software Engineer and started off as an intern at American Internet Corporation.

Pavan Reddy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute from 1996 to 1999. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute from 2003 to 2004.
