Toby Hess

Toby Hess is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the defense contracting industry, currently serving as Vice President-EW at Antenna Research Associates, Inc. since December 2024. Prior to this role, Toby held the position of Vice President for the RADAR Division at Aerostar from January 2023 to December 2024. Experienced as Director of Programs at Mercury Systems from March 2020 to January 2023, and Director of Strategic Programs at Raytheon AST from January 2018 to July 2019, Toby also served as Program Manager at Raytheon Applied Signal Technology from April 2011 to July 2019. Earlier in the career, Toby worked as a Senior Program Manager at DRS Defense Solutions, LLC and held the title of Engineering Program Manager at Northrop Grumman Corporation, contributing to notable projects including F-22 and F-35 programs. Toby holds a Master’s degree in Technology Management from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University.
