Mont Warren

Mont Warren has extensive experience as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in various companies such as Tommy Gate, Woodbine Manufacturing Co., and Anteo USA, starting in 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller at OB Sports Golf Management from 2003 to 2021. In this role, they were responsible for all finance and accounting functions, corporate administration, and provided strategic direction in resource allocation and risk management. Mont also served as the Vice President of Finance and CFO at NEBO Products, Inc from 2001 to 2003, overseeing finance, accounting, HR/payroll, and collaborating with legal and accounting professionals for SEC reporting. Mont had previous experience as the Vice President and CFO/Controller at Experior Assessments - Sylvan/ETS Joint Venture from 1998 to 2001, and as the Vice President and CFO/Controller at FILA Golf | Renaissance Golf Products from 1991 to 1998, where they played a crucial role in the company's IPO and finance/restructuring plan.
