Heather Buxton

Heather Buxton has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Heather most recently worked as the Chief People Officer at Anteriad starting in 2019. Prior to that, they held various positions in human resources, including Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources for the Americas at PineBridge Investments from 2016 to 2019, and Vice President and Head of Human Resources for the Americas from 2013 to 2016. Heather also worked as an Independent Contractor for Opus Advisory Group, focusing on Affordable Care Act Compliance, from 2012 to 2013. Before that, they served as a Human Resources Manager (Consultant) at NERA Economic Consulting in 2011 and as a Human Resources Generalist (Consultant) at SAC Capital in the same year. Heather worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Angelo, Gordon & Co. from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they were a Human Resources Associate at Chilton Investment Company from 2006 to 2008. Heather began their career in 2004 as an Assurance & Business Advisory Services Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and later moved on to Professional Recruiting at UBS Investment Bank in 2005.

Heather Buxton has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Villanova University. Heather also obtained a certification in SHRM Executive Network Membership from SHRM Executive Network in July 2023.
