Nicholas Pensa

Nicholas Pensa is an accomplished engineering manager and biomedical engineer with extensive experience in the medical technology field. Currently serving at Anteris Technologies since March 2022, previous roles include staff R&D/product development engineer and senior R&D/product development engineer at Creganna Medical, and research and development engineer at Collagen Solutions plc. Nicholas holds a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where research focused on tissue engineering and the delivery of growth factors for bone grafts under the mentorship of Susan Bellis, PhD. Additional experience includes work as an undergraduate research assistant and bioinformatics intern, contributing to advancements in cell biology and bioinformatics.
