Lynette Hare has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Lynette started their career in 2000 as a Store Manager and Assistant Buyer at Irrational - a clothing retailer, where they successfully increased store awareness and sales. Lynette then joined Macy's as a Sales Specialist and excelled in consultative sales, specializing in furniture and rug sales. Lynette continued to expand their skills and knowledge by taking on the role of Assistant General Manager at PureFitness Carlsbad, where they managed client processing procedures and coordinated community events. Lynette later joined Evolution Fitness as a Sales and Marketing Manager, building strong community relations and implementing strategies for sales growth.
In 2005, Lynette transitioned into the wireless communication industry and joined pdvWireless as a Channel Sales Manager. In this role, they oversaw sales teams and end-users, developed lead generation strategies, and implemented sales procedures. Lynette also held various positions within pdvWireless, including Sales and Marketing Coordinator, Manager of Business Operations and Solutions Architect, and Director of Business Operations. Throughout their tenure at pdvWireless, Lynette demonstrated exceptional leadership and achieved significant improvements in business applications, procedures, and profitability.
Most recently, Lynette joined Anterix in 2019 as the Director of Continuous Operational Improvement. Lynette successfully led the design, operation, and improvement of business strategies and processes, resulting in increased efficiency and real-time visibility for sales and operations. In 2021, they were promoted to the role of Senior Director, Program Management Office, where they continue to utilize their expertise to drive organizational success.

Lynette Hare's education history begins in 1990 when they attended West Genesee Senior High School, where they obtained a Regents Diploma with Advanced Designation. Lynette then went on to enroll at Niagara University in 1993, studying Biology/Pre-Medical Studies for a year before transferring to Towson University. In 1998, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology at Towson University.
In 2006, Lynette pursued further education at New York University, obtaining a Certificate in Market Research in 2008. Alongside their formal education, Lynette has also obtained various certifications. In 2018, they became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance. In 2019, Lynette added the certifications of Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), MCSA: Dynamics 365 from Microsoft, and MCSE: Business Applications, also from Microsoft. Their most recent certification is as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci, which they obtained in July 2020.
