Richard Creegan

Richard Creegan has over 30 years of experience in the utilities industry. Richard started their career as a General Manager at Businessland in 1986 and later joined Itron, Inc. where they held various roles including Managing Director for Europe and Area Vice President. At Itron, they focused on sales and customer facing relationships for investor-owned utilities in the Northeast US and established third-party OEM relationships. Richard then worked at SPL WorldGroup as the Director of North American Sales and at LODESTAR Corporation as the Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing. In 2005, they returned to Itron as the Senior Director of Global Smart Grid Solutions and later served as Vice President of Smart Grid Product Marketing & Strategy. Richard joined Utilidata, Inc. in 2012 as the President & COO before moving to Sensus as the VP of North America Energy. Currently, they are the Vice President of Sales at Anterix, where they are responsible for delivering Private LTE Broadband to utilities and providing critical communication solutions for energy delivery. Throughout their career, Richard has demonstrated expertise in delivering advanced metering infrastructure, smart grid solutions, and strategic sales and marketing initiatives for utilities worldwide.

Richard Creegan attended St. John's University but the start and end dates, as well as the degree and field of study, are unknown. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at St. Agnes Cathedral High School and received their NYS Regents Diploma. Additionally, Richard obtained a certification as a Certified Instructor from Miller Heiman Group in 1994.
