Conrad Baston has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Conrad began their career in 2000 as a Design Engineer at Whitney Bailey Cox & Magnani, LLC, and then worked as a Project Manager at R.D. Zande & Associates from 2001 to 2002. Conrad later joined Parsons Brinckerhoff Quade and Douglas as a Staff Civil Engineer from 2002 to 2005. Conrad then became the Owner of Bluerock Engineering from 2005 to 2010. In 2006, they joined WVDEP as a Dam Safety Engineer and stayed with the company until 2011. Conrad then worked at CONSOL Energy as a Water Supply Systems Engineer from 2011 to 2013. Conrad is currently employed at Antero Resources, where they have held several roles since 2013, including General Manager Civil Engineering, Director -Water Business Unit, Director Water Operations, and currently, Director Local Sand Operations.
Conrad Baston pursued their education at West Virginia University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from 1994 to 1998. Conrad further enhanced their academic qualifications by pursuing a Master of Science (MS) degree in the same field from 1998 to 2000 at the same university.
