Yvette K. Schultz

Yvette K. Schultz has served as the Senior Vice President of Legal and Chief Compliance Officer since January 2022, and as General Counsel since January 2017. Ms. Schultz has also served as corporate Secretary since April 2021. Ms. Schultz was previously Antero's Director of Legal from 2015 to 2017. Prior to joining Antero, Ms. Schultz was an attorney at Vinson & Elkins LLP from 2008 to 2012 and at Latham & Watkins LLP from 2012 to 2015.

Ms. Schultz earned her Bachelor of Science degree magna cum laude in Computer Science from the University of South Dakota in 2004 and her Masters in Business Administration degree from the University of South Dakota in 2005. She also attended the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University where she graduated valedictorian and earned both her J.D. and B.C.L. degrees summa cum laude in 2008.
