Guido Gubbels

Guido Gubbels is a skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in product development and research within the optical manufacturing sector. Currently serving as a Product Development Engineer at Anteryon B.V. since June 2022, Guido focuses on new product manufacturing and the integration of innovative manufacturing technologies to enhance efficiency and minimize errors. Previous roles include Research Engineer at TNO, where Guido managed specialty optics projects, and R&D Manager at RSP Technology, overseeing various internal and customer-focused development projects. Additionally, Guido has a strong background in optical fabrication and testing from positions at TMC Physics and Vision Dynamics, as well as a Ph.D. in Precision Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology, complemented by a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution. Guido is also certified in Lean Six Sigma.
