John Lunsford

John Lunsford is an experienced Facilities Manager with a diverse background in property management and customer care. Currently serving as Facilities Manager at PWI and Anthem Community Council since 2021 and 2019, respectively, John combines these roles with experience as a Customer Care Representative at Envision Painting. Previously, John held the position of Account Manager at Gothic Landscape, overseeing multiple large properties and ensuring adherence to high standards and contractual obligations. Earlier career milestones include managing a large master planned community at Ventana Lakes HOA, overseeing 360 acres at Taltree Arboretum and Gardens, and operating RER Landscaping, a landscape maintenance business for high-end residential clients. John Lunsford is a certified arborist through the International Society of Arboriculture and holds a degree from Global University.
