Dave Collier, P.Eng., has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Dave began their career as a Summer Intern at Brant County Board of Education, where they gained experience in AutoCad drawings, construction project supervision, and design work. Dave then worked as a Software Engineer at Roadware Group Inc., obtaining their P.Eng. license during this time.

Moving forward, Collier joined CBC as a Project Leader in 1996, where they played a crucial role in implementing a national newsroom system. Dave later became a Team Lead and Software Engineer at Phoenix Interactive, leading a team in customizing ATM banking software for clients in the US and Canada.

Collier continued their career progression at DiskStream, where they served as a Product Manager. Here, they directed the development team and oversaw the sales and integration process for the company's archiving component.

Afterward, Collier joined CBC once again, this time as the Director of Technological Maintenance and Support. This role involved building a highly engaged and effective team that ensured the maximum utilization of technology tools across critical broadcast systems.

In 2012, Collier became a Board Member at Rhyzome Networks, contributing their expertise to the organization until 2018. Dave then joined Rogers Sports & Media as the Senior Director of Media Engineering, overseeing a team of 85 technicians responsible for supporting and maintaining media systems across various platforms.

Collier's most recent position is the Vice President of Technology at Anthem Entertainment Group, starting in 2022.
