Louis Swart

Louis Swart has extensive experience in the healthcare and real estate sectors, with a focus on senior housing and dementia care. Currently serving as a Principal at Anthem Memory Care and Swart and Associates LLC since 2008, Louis provides consulting services and leads initiatives in dementia care facility development for various clients. Previous roles include Principal at Santa Fe Corporation, where the emphasis was on real estate development, and COO at Regent Assisted Living, Inc., overseeing multiple assisted living and Alzheimer's facilities.
