Maria Alberto

Maria Alberto currently serves as a Global People Partner at Anthesis Group, where a people strategy was revamped for the Purpose Community to address significant growth and acquisitions. Prior to this, Maria held a similar position at South Pole, overseeing a global HRBP team and achieving notable increases in employee engagement and personnel numbers while closing the gender pay gap. Maria's earlier experience includes leadership roles at ERM Environmental Resources Management, Richemont, and Unitel, where initiatives in talent management, career development, organizational design, and HR function startup were successfully implemented. Maria holds a degree in Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from INDEG-ISCTE Executive Education.
