Matthew Dowers

Matthew Dowers has extensive experience in financial management and leadership, having served in various roles across prominent organizations. At Anthesis Group, Matthew held positions as Group Commercial and Finance Director and Group Financial Controller from October 2021 to June 2023. Previously, Matthew was the Group Financial Controller at Arcadis Gen from January 2020 to October 2021 and held multiple financial controller roles at Arcadis from January 2016 to December 2019. Matthew's career also includes a stint as Sector Management Accountant at Hyder Consulting and as Assistant Manager in Assurance & Advisory at Deloitte. Matthew is an ACA graduate from ICAEW and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Southampton.
