Toni Mansilla

CEO, Anthesis Lavola at Anthesis

Toni Mansilla is currently CEO of Anthesis Lavola in Spain. He joined Lavola in 1997 and has more than 23 years of experience working to develop sustainability consulting services, incorporating new activities and working towards the growth in new markets and clients. His main areas of expertise are in public sector projects such as municipal waste management and sustainability and climate emergency plans, as well as the development of sustainability and CSR strategies, helping industries to implement actions to improve carbon management and the circular economy.

Before working at Lavola, Toni was CEO of the company Indoor Air Control System, SL and Regional Director of the company PIL, SA Grup ONCE. He was also Manager of accommodation and remodelling of the Olympic Village of Barcelona during the ’92 Barcelona Olympic games and Consultant at the consulting firms PwC and Control Presupuestario, SA.

Toni believes that companies without a doubt have the key to solve the social and environmental challenges we face on a global scale and that at the same time this is the key for the companies themselves when it comes to providing value and long-term viability.

Toni has a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and completed the Programme in Commercial Management at ESADE business school.
