Anthill Estate makes real estate co-ownership accessible through participation units equal to 0.1 m² of our managed property portfolio. People can start small, grow over time, and participate in monthly rental income without the hassle of owning and managing an apartment.

We use the funds raised to acquire residential properties, manage them end to end, and rent them out on long term or short term stays. All rental income is collected at portfolio level, operating costs are covered, and the net result is distributed proportionally to participation unit holders.

We focus on transparency and predictability through regular reporting on portfolio value, occupancy, revenues, and expenses, plus clear mechanisms for unit transfer and company buyback under defined terms.
