Dawn Albano is a seasoned User Experience professional with over two decades of experience in user experience design and information architecture. As the Principal User Experience Designer at Anthology Inc since April 2012, Dawn leads a diverse team on a high-profile enterprise web application project for Campus Management Corporation. Prior experience includes roles at Campus Management Corp where Dawn engaged in user research, design, and usability testing, as well as positions in information architecture and web development. Dawn's freelance work includes contributions as an artist and web developer, demonstrating a multifaceted skill set. Dawn holds a Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design from Kent State University and has earned certifications as a Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) and a Certified User Experience Analyst (CXA) from Human Factors International.
