Deidre Granger

Deidre Granger has over 25 years of experience in various roles in the IT industry. Deidre is currently working at Anthology Inc as the Senior Director for Enterprise Architecture. Their responsibilities include developing end-to-end architecture across business, data, application, and technology for the merged Anthology and Blackboard businesses. Deidre also manages a team of technical enterprise architects and ensures application and architecture deliverables are completed in line with best practices and strategic platform direction. Prior to this, Deidre worked as a Senior Solutions Architect at Anthology Inc, where they collaborated on the selection and design of an application architecture solution for the merger of Anthology and Blackboard.

Before joining Anthology Inc, Deidre worked at Blackboard in various roles. As the Senior Director for Enterprise Application Services, they led and managed multiple teams responsible for operational and quality assurance aspects of enterprise applications. Deidre also served as the Director for Enterprise Architecture and was responsible for owning and championing the CRM application and its integrated systems.

Deidre has previous experience in customer service management and project management roles at Alcatel-Lucent. At Interactive Partners in Marketing, they worked as a Project Information Manager.

Throughout their career, Deidre has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, solution architecture, process management, and team leadership. Deidre has a strong understanding of emerging technologies and their potential to drive business improvements.

Deidre Granger holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Pre-Veterinary Medicine from Alfred University, which they obtained from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Accounting from Genesee Community College, completed from 1993 to 1994. Deidre's earlier education includes attending Pavilion Central School from 1988 to 1992. Deidre also holds several certifications, including Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence from ASQ in 2010, Certified Quality Process Analyst from ASQ in 2009, and Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in 2005.
