Doug Wagner

Doug Wagner has extensive experience in customer success and student programming. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager and Adoption Consultant at Anthology Inc since May 2021, Doug Wagner focuses on enhancing product adoption among member campuses in the Anthology Student Engagement solution. Prior to this role, Doug Wagner held various positions at The University of South Dakota from January 2015 to May 2021, including Director of the Muenster University Center and Director of Student Programming and Activities. Additional experience includes serving as Coordinator for Housing and Residence Life at Western Kentucky University and Residence Hall Director at the University of North Dakota. Doug Wagner began their career as an AmeriCorps VISTA at St. Ambrose University. Educationally, Doug Wagner holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of North Dakota and a Bachelor's degree in Modern European History from Cornell College.
