Rita Vela

Rita Vela currently serves as the Senior Manager of Client Experience at Anthology Inc since February 2022. Prior to this role, Rita held the position of Client Experience Manager at Blackboard from May 2015 to February 2022 and worked as an Instructional Designer II at The University of Texas - Pan American from December 2013 to May 2015. Rita began her career at The University of Texas - Pan American as an Instructional Designer I from July 2012 to October 2013 and previously worked as a Course Development Specialist and Help Desk Specialist at South Texas College between 2006 and 2012. Rita Vela holds a PhD in Education from Walden University, a Master of Education in Instructional Technology from Texas Tech University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from The University of Texas-Pan American.
