Siu Yen Wong has a diverse and extensive work experience in marketing and communications roles. Siu Yen started their career at Caffe Nero as a Brand Communications Manager, where they managed digital activities and implemented the company's online gift card. Siu Yen then worked as a Marketing Manager at the Adecco Group before joining Axonix as Head of Marketing, where they were responsible for brand development, global marketing plans, and sales-driving initiatives. Siu Yen also worked as the Head of Marketing at Frazer John Recruitment, where they established the marketing department and managed multiple internal stakeholders.

Siu Yen later served as the Vice President of Global Corporate Marketing at Dailymotion, driving brand awareness and customer acquisition.
