He had worked for not-for-profit organisations (health and social care, charity and faith) for over a decade on property matters, and he has a strong understanding of the challenges they face. He specialise in strategic and transactional advice for the directors and boards on property matters including major development projects.

Alongside his work, He hadalso published articles and given seminars on the development opportunities for not-for-profit providers.
