Gail Saunders

Felicity is currently on maternity leave.

She assist with a wide range of work for social housing associations, local authorities, charities and general commercial clients. She specialize in advising on transactions involving joint venture transactions, company restructuring and corporate and commercial transactions.

She joined Anthony Collins Solicitors in September 2018, having completed my training contract at another law firm where she completed the following seats in corporate (which included acquisition and mergers); commercial; commercial property and litigation and insolvency.
