Jon Coane

He specialise in funding and finance work for housing associations, local authorities and other public sector bodies, charities, social businesses as well as private sector bodies. His role is to bring complex projects to a successful close on time and on budget, leading and managing the teams and working with financial/treasury advisers. He also lead the financial regulatory team (regulated business and financial conduct authority registration and consumer credit).

He have previously worked for national and international firms where He acted for lenders and borrowers, enabling me to devise pragmatic and effective solutions acceptable to funders as well as borrowers. His cross-sector expertise and wide variety of contacts across the funding world enable me to introduce funders to borrowers, and to match borrowing needs to funding sources including new/emerging funders such as local authorities, pension and capital markets funders.
