Phil Scully

Phil Scully is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in property and real estate litigation. Currently serving as a Partner and previously as a Senior Associate at Anthony Collins Solicitors LLP since November 2018, Phil has a proven track record in the legal field. Prior to this role, Phil held the position of Legal Director in the Real Estate Litigation team at Gateley Plc from May 2011 to October 2018. Additional experience includes serving as a Solicitor in the property litigation team at Shoosmiths from June 2007 to April 2011, and earlier as a Solicitor in the commercial litigation team at Anthony Collins Solicitors LLP, where a specialization in property litigation was developed. Phil earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Birmingham between 1998 and 2001.
