Patrick Gilmour

Patrick Gilmour is currently the Head of Corporate and Commercial at Anthony Gold. With a background in company/commercial law, Patrick has held various partner positions at firms such as DKLM LLP and Courts & Co. Throughout their career, Patrick has specialized in private company acquisitions, disposals, and corporate restructuring, with a particular interest in taxation and intellectual property law. Patrick obtained a 2:1 degree in Law from Keele University.
