Robert Fleming MSc CIWFM has a diverse work experience in the field of property and facilities management. Robert served as the Head of Property and Facilities Management at Anthony Nolan since September 2013. Prior to that, they worked as the Group Operations Manager at Fusion Lifestyle from May 2012 to September 2013. Robert also held the position of Head of Facilities Management at the Medical Research Council from June 2001 to January 2012. Before that, they worked as an Area Surveyor in the London West Region of The Guiness Trust from August 1995 to September 2000. Robert began their career as an Assistant Surveyor at the London Borough of Newham in March 1990, where they worked until August 1995.

Robert Fleming has an extensive education history in the fields of Facilities Planning and Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Building Construction Technology, Carpentry and Joinery. Robert obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Facilities Planning and Management from the University of Reading, graduating in 2014. Prior to that, they also pursued a Master of Science - MS degree in the same field from the University of Reading, completing it in 2011. In 2005, Robert achieved a NEBOSH Level 3 qualification in Occupational Health and Safety from the University of Westminster. Furthermore, they hold a Bachelor of Technology (BTech Higher National Certificate) in Building Construction Technology, for which they attended Newham College from 1990 to 1995. Finally, Robert acquired a City and Guilds certification in Carpentry and Joinery from Hackney College between 1988 and 1990.
