Bonnie Chong has a diverse and extensive work experience in the legal and corporate field. Bonnie is currently a Member at Chief since 2023. Prior to this, Bonnie held key executive positions at Anthony & Sylvan Pools, including Chief Executive Officer & President from April 2022, General Counsel, Chief Financial Officer & Chief Strategy Officer from August 2021 to April 2022, and General Counsel, Chief Financial Officer & Secretary from October 2020 to April 2022. Before joining Anthony & Sylvan Pools, they worked as the General Counsel & Secretary at the same company from January 2018 to October 2020.

Earlier in their career, Bonnie worked for Draeger, Inc. as the Assistant General Counsel & Secretary from August 2010 to January 2018. Bonnie'sresponsibilities included providing legal and compliance advice, managing outside counsel, negotiating contracts, and developing and managing a team of legal professionals. Bonnie also worked as a Senior Attorney - Marketing at Sunoco, Inc. (R&M) from December 2005 to July 2010, where they served as the primary regional counsel for the marketing division, handling complex commercial contracts and managing litigation matters.

In the beginning of their career, Bonnie worked at law firms Wiggin and Dana LLP as an Associate (Litigation) from July 2004 to December 2005, and at White and Williams LLP as an Associate (Commercial Litigation) from August 2002 to July 2004.

Bonnie Chong has a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree from the University of Pennsylvania, which they obtained in 1999. Bonnie then pursued further education at The George Washington University Law School, earning a Doctor of Law - JD degree in 2002. In 2020, they attended Harvard Business School for executive education in the field of Accounting and Finance. Additionally, in 2021, Bonnie Chong enrolled in the Advanced Management Program at The Wharton School for executive education, where they became a Wharton Alumna.
