Juan Parrales

Juan Parrales began their work experience in 2014 as a Ride Attendant at Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom, where they maintained clean ride areas, followed safety policies, and cross-trained for various rides. In 2016, they worked as an Information Technology Student Worker at Lehigh Carbon Community College until 2018. During this role, they gained experience in IT support. Since 2018, Juan has been working at Anthony & Sylvan Pools as an Information Technology Support Analyst, where they track incoming queries, troubleshoots hardware and applications, creates and maintains documentation, and utilizes Microsoft Endpoint Manager.

Juan Parrales completed an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Computer Specialist - Networking Technology at Lehigh Carbon Community College from 2016 to 2018. In addition to their academic education, they obtained certifications such as "Cloud Management with Microsoft Endpoint Manager" from LinkedIn in May 2022 and "Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals" from Microsoft in March 2021.
