Rob Schot has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Rob began their career at Euronext as a Senior Assistant Compliance, focusing on Risk Management and Compliance. Rob then moved to Rabo Securities, where they held various positions, including a Derivatives Specialist Back Office, Head of Risk Management, Manager Corporate Development, and Director in Business Management. At Rabo Securities, they played a crucial role in projects such as the implementation of MiFID and improving performance through analysis and development of future businesses. Following this, Schot worked at Kempen & Co as the Director of Operational Services before joining Van Lanschot Bankiers as the Director of Service Centers Effecten en Clientzaken. In this role, they were responsible for the Securities Back Office and Application Management activities. Rob later transitioned to Van Lanschot Kempen where they became the Directeur Service Center Securities, overseeing the integration of the Securities Back Office departments of Van Lanschot and Kempen & Co, as well as coordinating platform replacements and migration activities. Currently, Schot is working as a Change Process/Project Manager at Anthos Fund & Asset Management, where they manage the onboarding of new clients and collaborates with various departments within the organization.

From 1983 to 1986, Rob Schot attended the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, where they studied Economics. Rob completed their studies there, but did not obtain a specific degree. Later, from 1991 to 1993, they pursued further education at an institution called Certified Analist and obtained a degree known as RBA. The field of study for this degree is not mentioned.
