Justin Yen

Justin Yen is a seasoned professional in the battery manufacturing industry, currently serving as Manager of Battery Manufacturing at Anthro since March 2024. Previously, Justin held the position of Manager of Advanced Battery Cell Technology at Lucid Motors from December 2020 to February 2024 and worked as a Senior Engineer in Battery Engineering at Sila Nanotechnologies Inc. from October 2012 to December 2020. With extensive experience in developing innovative battery materials and leading technical collaborations, Justin has successfully managed complex projects and enhanced slurry and coating processes. Early career roles include Metallurgist at Applied Technical Services, Inc. and Battery Research Intern at Medtronic. A graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology, Justin earned a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering.
