Ashley Zlatinov currently serves as the Head of Product Public Policy at Anthropic since October 2023. Prior to this role, Ashley held various positions at Google, including AI Policy Lead for Societal Impact and Public Policy Lead for Health AI between July 2018 and October 2023. Experience also includes serving as Project Leader and Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School Government Performance Lab from July 2015 to July 2018, and Director at the Harvard Public Service Office from September 2013 to May 2015. Additional roles include positions at Third Sector Capital Partners, New Sector Alliance, Mathematica Policy Research, Resources for the Future, and leadership in founding the non-profit project Nets of Love. Ashley holds a Master of Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from Princeton University.
