Chen Chang

Chen Chang is a seasoned professional in data engineering and analytics with extensive experience across multiple technology companies. Currently serving in data and analytics engineering at Anthropic and as an investor at InvestInData, Chen previously held the position of Senior Director and Head of Data Engineering and Data Platform at Discord. Prior to that, Chen was the Head of Data Engineering, AI at Facebook, and served as a Senior Data Scientist at LinkedIn. Earlier career experience includes working as a Predictive Modeler at Allstate Insurance. Chen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Statistics from the University of California, Berkeley.
