Christina Hendrickson

Christina Hendrickson currently serves as the Head of Technical Recruiting at Anthropic, a position held since October 2024. Prior to this role, Christina worked at Lowercarbon Capital as an Operating Partner for Talent from September 2022 to September 2024, and at OpenAI from February 2019 to September 2022 as the Head of Recruiting and in People Ops. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Cisco Meraki from December 2016 to January 2019, and as Division Director and Recruiting Manager at Robert Half Technology from January 2014 to December 2016. Christina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Gonzaga University.
