Dylan T. is currently a Member of Technical Staff at Anthropic, focusing on inference since October 2025. Previously, Dylan worked as a Software Engineer at Benchling from August 2022 to October 2025 and served as the Head Undergraduate Student Instructor for the databases course at UC Berkeley's EECS from August 2020 to May 2022, leading project development and teaching various database concepts.
