Krishna Rao

Krishna Rao currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Anthropic since May 2024 and has held the role of Fellow at tidemark since 2021. Previously, Krishna was the Chief Financial Officer at Fanatics, Inc. for Fanatics Commerce from 2023 to May 2024 and at Cedar from 2021 to 2023, where leadership encompassed finance functions and strategic partnership across multiple departments. At Airbnb from 2015 to 2021, Krishna held positions including Global Head of Corporate & Business Development, contributing significantly to the company's $3.7 billion IPO, and Director of FP&A, overseeing financial planning and analysis. Prior experience includes Principal at Blackstone (2011-2015) with a focus on private equity, and roles as Senior Associate Consultant and Associate Consultant at Bain & Company (2005-2008). Krishna holds a Juris Doctor degree from Yale Law School and an A.B. in Economics, summa cum laude, from Harvard University. Additionally, Krishna serves on the boards of various organizations, including Service King Collision Repair and Performance Food Group.
