Currently serving as Deputy Chief of Staff and Senior Director at the Anti-Defamation League, Gail previously worked as a consultant for Summit Salon Business Center, where retail programs for salon owners and service providers were developed and facilitated. Prior to that, Gail held multiple senior leadership positions at L'Oréal, including Vice President of Business Development for Professional Products, where pivotal initiatives like Salon Emotion were launched to enhance salon growth. With a solid background in strategic marketing and product management at GE Lighting, Gail has consistently driven revenue growth and operational excellence throughout a diverse career.
