Nikki Katz

Nikki Katz has extensive experience in technology and digital strategy, currently serving as a Member of the National Commission at the Anti-Defamation League since January 2025. At Bank of America since August 2018, Nikki has held multiple leadership roles, including Managing Director, Head of Digital and Managing Director, Head of Digital Design & Delivery. Prior experience includes Vice President of Technology at The Walt Disney Company from December 2011 to July 2018 and various positions at Apollo Group and Yahoo, where Nikki managed product development and technology strategy. Nikki began a career as a Web Developer at Equator Technologies in 2001. An academic background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Symbolic Systems with a focus on Human-Computer Interaction from Stanford University, earned in 2002.
