Olivier Thelu has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Olivier started their career in 2000 at Perform SA, where they worked as a Product Developer, specializing in Java and focusing on network supervision. During their time there, they developed a LAN Topology resolution engine and an Application Monitoring API.

In 2003, they joined BMC Software and took on the role of Product Developer, working on the BMC Topology Discovery product. Olivier played a crucial role in developing a consolidation module for data extracted from multiple data sources and also worked on the Discovery Configuration API. Olivier later became a Team Leader within the company, where they served as a Software Architect Java/J2EE, leading a team of around 8 people in the R&D department. Their main achievement during this role was the development of a distributed discovery engine using Agile Scrum methodology and continuous integration practices.

In 2008, Olivier Thelu joined Antidot as a Software Engineer, further enhancing their skills in software development. Finally, in 2012, they joined Fluid Topics as a Senior Engineering Manager.
